BIR — CAR (Certificate Authorizing Registration), Documentary Stamp Tax, Capital Gains / Creditable Withholding tax per transaction.
AMLC — anti-money laundering. STRs (Suspicious Transaction Reports) + CTRs (Covered) for cash ≥ ₱500k. Applies to developers, not just banks.
PRC-REBL — real estate broker + salesperson licenses. Every broker renewal requires 12 CPD units + PRC ID update.
NPC — National Privacy Commission under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act). Every developer collecting buyer data must register + file annual Data Privacy Report.
HDMF / Pag-IBIG — accredited developer status + monthly amortization remittance. Revocable if remittance lapses.
