How the program works

Every ERBC buyer who goes past reservation gets a shareable link with their name tagged.
When a kababayan opens that link and chats with Kuya Emman, the referral is recorded automatically.
Once the referred kababayan moves to Reserved, the ₱10,000 incentive is earned (not yet paid).
When the referee closes (Contract Signed or later), Sir Edwin/team clicks "Pay out" and the incentive is credited.
Incentive can be cash, a discount on their own amortization, or a Balai amenity upgrade. Buyer's choice.
